Buffer
Flat mutable Int buffers for ``@llvm`` / ``@gpu`` kernels. Names are prefixed (``buf_*``) so they do not clash with linear ``Array`` ``get``/``set`` when both libraries are open. The LLVM lowerer treats these names as aliases of the buffer builtins.
